Presently there are 243 members in 31 countries around the world and this number grows regularly. All members of the Universal Au Pair Association subscribe to a set of rules and ethical code. Cara
International are a member of UAPA.

UAPA
is an association of International AuPair Agencies that functions
to protect the rights of all au pairs and host families and at the
same time maintain a code of ethics and conduct for au pair exchange
programmes. The Universal Au Pair Association also assists all agencies
including those that are new to the industry; to provide the very
best possible service to the industry.
